What's the cut-off time for placing and cancelling orders?
The cut-off time for Click & Collect is 12pm, on a Thursday.
How do I cancel my order?
Please note, we are not able to cancel orders after the cut-off time has passed.
Where do I collect my order?
Collection points are either at Hebridean Roast or at the Hynish, your collection email will confirm the collection point.
What day/time can I collect my orders?
All orders can be collected on a Saturday between 12-2pm.
Will I receive a text when the food is ready for collection?
Yes. We aim to have the food ready at the date/time as per above.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, you can order as little or as much as you want. For larger orders, we'd recommend reaching out to our team to discuss further.
